If at first you don’t succeed, Error Trap! Sometimes things go wrong…. Sometimes if you wait a few seconds and try again it works. Strange but true!
Here we look at error traps. In Qlik rather than getting a failed job we can make the code wait for as long as you want and try again as many times as you like.
I use these often when the source SQL database can be a bit temperamental and I combine it with the Audit Log so I know exactly what’s going on.
